69 an hour 8 hours ago 8 hours ago 8 hours ago Job Summary FSI is looking to hire a Call Center Technician to join our team to work on-call.
This position requires weekend and holiday availability.
This position monitors various computer system alarms and is responsible for clerical work to include answering multi-line phones, data entry, report generation, maintaining The Joint Commission (TJC) documentation, security access, key control and reporting deviations/issues to appropriate personnel by following established guidelines.
Responsibilities include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Answer phones, accurately records all trouble calls, generate work orders for O&M and EVS.
Process, verify for accuracy and add daily updates/notes in work orders into Computer Maintenance Management Software (CMMS).
Accurate daily data entry into computer database and print various types of reports as needed.
Maintain TJC preventative maintenance documents accurately.
Locking and unlocking of exterior doors.
After hours unlocking of doors for Medical Center personnel with appropriate authorization.
Key Control and manage service vendor access into the facility.
Monitoring of critical alarm systems including Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning, Fire Alarm, Medical Gas, Nurse Call, Pneumatic Tube System, CCTV and Door access.
Adjust Building Automation temperatures, identify discrepancies or alarms and reports to appropriate O&M personnel for resolution.
Evaluates alarm conditions to determine necessary response actions and in response to computer output instructions or error conditions, applies standard operating and corrective procedure.
Notify technical support personnel as required and if initial preplanned procedure does not resolve the issue, refer problem to supervisory personnel.
Prepare daily reports on significant events, Activity Log, and Critical Room Ventilation Monitoring.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED); Minimum of two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of various computer software, data entry, and ability to generate reports Enter data at a rate of 50 wpm and work independently.
General mechanical knowledge and terminology Work requires the application of experience and judgment in searching for, interpreting, selecting, or coding items to be entered from a variety of source documents Excellent customer service skills Must be able to pass a local background check and have the ability to obtain and maintain NACI/LAC clearance after hire.
Valid Driver's License and insurable driving record.
Multitask and work under pressure.
Work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Various CMMS software experience.
(preferred) Call Center operation experience.
