We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met.

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests - Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions - Upsell products and services to maximize customer satisfaction and company revenue - Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions - Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Follow company policies and procedures for quality assurance As a Customer Experience Associate at the Exchange, you will be a part of an award-winning team.
